In
case that you have forgotten your password or that you are unable to log in,
clicking on the ‘Forgot Password’ menu tab, as shown below, will pop-up a
contact screen. You may then contact your bank's administrator by phone or
email with your name, company name, and other relevant contact information.
These records will be verified and the bank administrator will contact you with
further details.
Please
note that as a security precaution, attempting to log into the system with the
wrong password more than 5 times, will result in the account being disabled. A
system administrator must be contacted in order to re-enable the account.
